Treatment of Fatigue
There are several ways to treat being tired and the treatment depends on the cause. It may be as simple as getting a good night's sleep. Or for those with illnessess, the patient may have to learn how to adjust their activity level to prevent from becoming too tired. Conversley, increasing activity via exercise can reduce fatigue. Exercise build up muscles and increases stamina thereby decreasing that feeling of always being tired. Exercise can help both physical and mental fatigue. Stress management techniques can also help those who feel mentally or emotionally tired and include meditation, yoga and other forms of concentration and relaxation.
